Rickie started as a bindery helper and delivery driver at Peczuh Printing while still in high school in 1993. He has extensive print and bindery experience. In addition to scheduling and production planning Rickie also works closely with several of our largest customers. He assists them in the planning and timing of their major projects.

Randy has been in the printing industry his whole life, as has his father. He currently represents the State of Utah for the Printing Industries of America, as well as being active with the Printing Industries of Utah. Randy is responsible for the technical aspects of the company. Among his past accomplishments include serving as President of the Graphic Arts Association of Utah and growing a commercial printing company from $1mm a year to $15mm in less than five years.

Morgan has been involved in the printing industry for over 25 years. After a short stint in the prepress arena Morgan switched to computer programming specifically for the printing industry. During the last 25 years he has created more than 12 different applications with companies worldwide. Morgan brings a great deal of expertise to help our customers with their more exacting needs.

Jeff Carter began his printing career in a vocational graphic arts class in high school and has been working in the industry ever since. Jeff owned and operated a large prepress facility. As technology changed and prepress became obsolete he converted this company into a variable data and digital operation. Jeff continued to pioneer printing methods and technologies for 18 years, before joining our team in 2008. He draws on his extensive scholastic and professional business background to help his clients get the most out of their communications investment and capitalize on the latest technologies.

Scott has been involved in the printing industry since high school. He started in the back shop and soon learned that his passion and skill set is best utilized in front of the customer, as he has done for the last 20 years. Larry has 43 years of specialized experience in the printing industry. Before going into sales, Larry worked in pre-press gaining knowledge of quality, customer expectations and craftsmanship. Larry also worked as the Utah/Idaho/Wyoming Technical Representative for a highly recognized company in film and chemistry. Larry’s main focus is meeting the needs of his customers. Customer relationships, reliability, craftsmanship, and service are just a few of the priorities that Larry works to achieve.

John was born and raised in Utah except for a couple of years in California at a young age. John is married with four children. He enjoys most all sports and is an avid golfer. John is also a big fan of the Utah Jazz, Dallas Cowboys and the University of Utah football team, while still wondering about the Ute’s Basketball Program. He loves to go camping with his family and friends at the lake and the sand dunes. He also enjoys fishing and hunting, mostly archery hunting for deer admittedly not very good at it, but loves every excuse to be outdoors.

As a native Utahn Dave enriched his life with an LDS mission to Japan and a Bachelors degree in Business Management from UVU. Dave enjoys time with his active family, both as a spectator and a coach of his children. His printing background started in 1993; Dave migrated into the sales aspect in 2002. Dave has worked for both large national companies and smaller family owned companies giving him a wide range of experience. Dave has never forgotten his roots as a CSR and really enjoys the challenges each day brings.

Rick is Married and father of 2 children who are both attending Colorado State University. Rick has been with the printing industry for over 15 years. Rick has called Grand Junction home for more than 25 years and enjoys all of the outdoor recreation that it has to offer. In addition to the time Rick spends with his family, Rick is an active volunteer for a local youth basketball league, an official for high school basketball as well as spending his summer months working on his golf game.

Jim is a Colorado native, born and raised in the Denver area. His college degrees are both in the field of Education. The majority of Jims professional work experience has been involved in education and management. He has enjoyed the opportunities of teaching secondary education for eight years as well as coaching numerous sports. Having also worked as the General Manager for a company in the resort areas of Summit and Eagle counties for ten years has allowed Jim to have a great insight on the business end of print. Jim has worked in the world of commercial print for approximately 10 years.

Russ started in the printing industry 20 years ago as the low man on the totem pole in bindery. He quickly developed a love for the trade and became a master in the bindery. His patience in setting up a folder is second to none. He applied this same passion while working as a bindery manager, shipping manager, and a production manager. Russ is currently managing the Grand Junction facility. His family has enjoyed the transition from Utah to Colorado. The warmer weather with the abundant vineyards appeals to both his taste buds and his boat.
